John Roos MD
John Roos, MD
graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical
School in 1981. In 1984 he completed a preventive
medicine residency at the Minnesota State Health
Department and the University of Minnesota School of
Public Health earning the degree of Master of Public
Health.
Dr. Roos has been a student of homeopathy since 1977.
His initial training included the “Professional Training
Course” offered by the National Center for Homeopathy
and the “Postgraduate Training Program” of the
International Foundation of Homeopathy. Later training
included direct supervision and study with the world’s
leading homeopathy practitioners and in particular with
Massimo Mangialavori since 1998.
Dr. Roos’s training in osteopathy began in 1978 at
Michigan State University School of Osteopathy, followed
by a fellowship in osteopathic manipulation at the
Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has also
completed the “Professional Training Program” of the
Sutherland Cranial Academy.
Dr. Roos has been in private practice in homeopathic and
osteopathic medicine since 1984. He has taught classes
in homeopathic first aid and acute care, specializing in
the need of women and children. He has lectured to
medical students and provided a one year course to them
on homeopathic material medica, case analysis and
theory/philosophy/practices of alternative and
complementary medicine.
Dr. Roos is a passionate gardener/farmer and has worked
with honey bees his entire life.
