Homeopathic Medical Assistant and Homeopathic Practitioner Certificate Programs: Part-Time

Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is 900 hours in length, and covers three days per month, clustered around a weekend, for three years. The curriculum hours include 600 hours of didactic classroom work and 300 hours of clinical training. Clinical training takes place one day of the three days per month. All of the areas in the detailed listing are integrated into the whole, rather than divided into specific classes. One characteristic of the curriculum that sets us apart from many other schools is that the materia medica is designed around the concept of families of remedies. The curriculum combines a lecture format with frequent cases, experiential learning and class discussions. Homework and class preparation are an integral part of the curriculum.

An important focus of the curriculum includes not only learning the individual remedies but also learning how to learn . The instructors help each student discover their own best methods to learn homeopathy.
