Programs of Study

AMCH programs are licensed by the Arizona Board of Private Postsecondary Education.  AMCH is institutionally accredited through the Accreditation Commission on Homeopathic Education in North America.  The AMCH Viewbook provides an overview and summary of AMCH Programs. Potential students can sign up to visit a class or enroll in a single class rather than an entire program (non-matriculation).   The ebook Choosing a Career in Homeopathic Medicine provides an introduction to homeopathic education and the reasons for pursuing a career in homeopathic medicine. 

 

Practitioner

The Homeopathic Practitioner Certificate Program offers a three year part-time 1203 clock hour intensive training program in homeopathic medicine. This program is weekend based and available to both on-line and campus students.  Potential students can sign up to visit a class or enroll in a single class rather than the entire program (non-matriculation).

Acute Care

The Acute Care Program offers a 40-hour introductory class in homeopathic medicine.  This program is campus based and available in multiple locations throughout the United States.

Homeopathic Distance Learning

Homeopathic Distance Learning programs are prerecorded introductory classes in Acute Care homeopathy. These include a 40 hour introductory program and a 50 hour intermediate program.

The Integrative Medicine Distance Learning Program offers 35 hours of distance learning education as an overview and introduction to Integrative Medicine.

Preceptorships

AMCH offers a variety of preceptorships for medical students, naturopathic physicians, nurse practitioners and residents from other programs.  These range in length from one day to one month.

Dual Programs (Acupuncture and Research)

We offer two dual programs.  The dual program with the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acpuncture is a combined program in Acupuncture and Homeopathic Medicine.  The dual program with Arizona State University is a combined program in research and homeoapthic medicine.
